2. Ordering and Delivery

2.2 Our products are delivered worldwide. The delivery schedule will be communicated to the customer once the order has been confirmed.

3.1 ScafoTech accepts payment through T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit).

3.2 Upon placing an order, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining 70% balance is to be paid upon receipt of the bill of lading copy.

3.3 Any late payments could lead to delays in delivery, and persistent delays may result in termination of the business relationship.

4. Quality and Warranty

4.1 ScafoTech is committed to providing high-quality products. All our products are certified by TUV, SGS, OSHA, and ANIS, ensuring they meet international safety and quality standards.

4.2 We offer a warranty on our products for a period specified at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship but does not cover damage due to misuse or neglect.

5.1 We provide custom solutions to meet our clients’ specific needs. The extent and terms of customization will be agreed upon at the time of the order.

5.2 Once a customized order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to make changes or cancellations.
